Availability
In the event of a product being out of stock we will endeavor to update the status on the web site by removing its availably status on the web site. If a product becomes out of stock during the time of your order, we’ll contact you to discuss options.
Delivery
- Our policy is to prioritize local pickup from our shop/store. This enables us to best serve you with immediate stock plus technical advice and support service.
- We CAN deliver to you at the delivery address you specified in the checkout. This is limited to smaller products NOT requiring installation and training. Please allow 5-10 business day for delivery.
- Delivery charges are calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your cart. We use a combination of different couriers in order provide you with a fast, affordable service. Local pickup from our shop/store will not incur a delivery charge. OUR STAFF will DISCUSS DELIVERY OPTIONS best suited to your order.
Deliveries outside Australia
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from foreign countries at this time.
